What is the difference between Hyper and Wander Wax?
Hyper hot wax is designed with one goal: to go as fast as possible. This means the wax is slightly softer than Wander Wax, resulting in extremely low friction. However, it can attract a little more dirt than Wander Wax, which is why Hyper is best suited to rides where speed is the only goal and every second counts. For rides where endurance is more important and dirt grip needs to be minimal, Wander Wax is your best option. It is a little harder than Hyper and therefore attracts less dirt, while hardening longer in a single application.

Can I combine hot wax with Dynamic dripping waxes?
Yes, you can use Dynamic Speed ​​Potion Wax and Slick Wax if you need to quickly apply wax between hot wax sessions. Of course, we recommend reapplying hot wax when possible, as this is the best method to achieve maximum performance from Hyper and Wander Wax.

Why are Hyper and Wander Wax more expensive than other paraffin waxes?
Hyper and Wander Wax use a unique wax blend that not only offers extremely high performance, but also a completely biodegradable formula. Regular paraffin, with or without additives, is a low-cost alternative to the wax blend we use, but it is a petrochemical byproduct that is not biodegradable. It is also less effective at high sustained power levels, because the lubricating layer can “detach” from the chain, leading to metal-on-metal friction.
